This year also celebrates 20 years of Solent University, making it the perfect moment to launch an event designed to inspire, educate, and connect runners of all abilities. SO:RUN 2025 is a FREE interactive evening packed with expert-led workshops, guest talks, and opportunities to connect with local health and wellness organisations.
