This partnership marks a remarkable 16-year collaboration between Hendy Group and ReesLeisure, the organisers of the ABP Southampton Marathon, and showcases their shared commitment to supporting the local community.
A Long-Standing Partnership

Hendy Group’s involvement goes beyond this partnership. Their vehicles play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event, including transporting the essential race timer. Their commitment highlights the importance of community-driven events like the ABP Southampton Marathon, which brings together thousands of runners, volunteers, and supporters each year.

Team Hendy & Hendy Foundation
Team Hendy will once again participate in the event, taking on various race distances, including the marathon, half marathon, 10K, and 5K.
Additionally, the Hendy Foundation has been making a significant impact across the South of England since its inception in 2019. With over £350,000 granted to more than 200 local organisations, the foundation supports a wide range of charitable causes across the south.
This year, funds raised by Team Hendy during the marathon will further aid the foundation’s mission to make a lasting difference in the areas where Hendy Group operates, ensuring that their commitment to community support continues to grow Hendy Foundation.
